If you email us, sign up for our updates or submit a form on the site, we will store your name, postcode and email address solely for the purposes of keeping you informed about our campaign.

How we store your personal information:
Your information is securely stored on a separate Google drive run by the admin of SCAN and accessed only by a restricted list of core people from the group. We will keep your name, email address and postcode until the planning process is over and building work has been completed. We will then dispose of your information by deleting the entire shared Google drive.
